Healthy Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Directions

1. Beat eggs until fluffy.
2. Add milk, oil and honey.
3. Stir in dry ingredients.
4. Let set for a few minutes before making them.
5. If mixture thickens too much, just add a little milk.
