Broccoli, Bacon, Cauliflower Salad

1 head cauliflower
2 bunches broccoli
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
8 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup slivered almonds, toasted in butter
1 cup salad dressing
¾ cup vegetable oil
3 Tbs. water
1 cup sugar
¼ cup vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Wash cauliflower and broccoli. Cut in bite size pieces. Drain and add bacon, cheese and almonds. Blend together dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables and toss.
Yield: 10 servings.
