Naomi’s Peach Cobbler

8 – 10 cups (approx.) of Peaches
Fruit-Fresh Produce Protector
½ cup sugar
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
Butter a deep dish (11.5” X 8”)
Slice peaches and place on bottom of dish, sprinkle fruit with Fruit-Fresh.
Mix above ingredients into a thick batter, spoon batter over peaches. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over batter then ½ cup cold water over it.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
*note* make sure your peaches are heaping in the baking dish, peaches will cook down during baking process.
