Caramelized Baked Chicken Wings


Better than finger licking good.


  • 2 ½ pounds chicken wings (or legs)
  • 166000100000 tbsps tablespoons olive oil (to help it stop sticking to the pan)
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 166000100000 tbsps ketchup
  • ¾ cup honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over the chicken.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
