Simply put, Sol’s in Berlin is an arts and crafts extravaganza. Sol’s features three stores, Sol's Palace, Sol's Exchange, and Sol's Kit-N-Kaboodle and each one is full of specialty and craft items you’ll love.
Vendors and crafters of every level are represented at Sol’s of Berlin where they can rent a booth that features their unique products and handmade items. From wood crafts, textiles, dolls, ceramics and fine art, there is always something new to see in one of Sol’s three shops.
Sol’s Exchange first opened in a remodeled auto body shop in 1993. The original part of the store soon outgrew the space and an expansion was underway within nine months.
Sol’s Palace, the largest of the three stores opened in 1994 and the main focus of the shop was and has remained crafts.
Sol's Kit-N-Kaboodle opened in 2002 and features everything from inspirational items to sports memorabilia.
Shoppers enjoy the ever-changing inventory and the cleanliness of the store that is conveniently located in downtown Berlin within walking distance of other fine retailers and eateries.
Candles, cornhole, cosmetics and canned goods are a sampling of what shoppers can find at Sol’s. The items are too many to mention and because there is always something new to find it is a place you will want to return to again and again when you visit the region.
Homemade ice cream made with an old-fashioned hit and miss engine is always a favorite. Live a little and try a banana split with one of Schloniger’s Homemade Ice Cream’s seasonal flavors.
Open year round, Sol’s of Berlin is one of the only places where quality, handmade items are still available in the region.
